Acknowledgements

I have had great help finding facts and info on Wikipedia. To build the structure of this document with countries and distilleries I used rum.cz and other rum label collector sites. Their interest is different but it helped me a lot to build a proper scaffolding upon which I could hang all facts I found elsewhere. All fact not specifically accounted for in the bibliography comes either from www.wikipedia.com or the specific manufacturers web site. I took a shortcut here in an effort to keep the bibliography at a reasonable size.
